The operation of the press brake

The operation of the press brake

A press brake is a press used to bend sheet metal. The operation of the press brake consists in bending the sheets at any angle with the use of appropriate punches and dies. The most important parameters determining the work of each press brake are the pressing force (given in tons) and the maximum bending length (given in mm). The bending speed parameters and the number of axes are also important for the press user.

Our latest press brake is a high-quality XPERT 40/1030 press brake by Bystronic Polska Ltd.. Our machine is ideal for small and medium bent parts. These elements can be both thin and thick. Our bending machine is equipped with a Material Bending Curve Generator, which ensures the highest bending accuracy in all material / tool combinations. In addition, it simpli es the bending process by automatically estimating the bending allowance, springback and bend radius factor. Thanks to this, we optimize the costs of bending the material.

The bending process with the new XPERT 40/1030 bending machine by Bystronic Polska allows our factory to quickly execute orders both from home and abroad with minimal production costs and to guarantee the highest quality of bending with with a professional press brake.
