Our measuring arm ROMER ABSOLUTE ARM RA-7325 also ensures the highest quality of measurements when there is a need to perform quality control, machine verification, and reverse engineering. It is very important that our arm does not require heating or initialization. This is possible thanks to a stable structure made of carbon fiber, as well as excellent absolute enconders. All this affects the quick start-up of the machine and its direct operation in even the most difficult working conditions.
Our ROMER ABSOLUTE ARM RA-7325 (73 series) model of the measuring arm is additionally equipped with a specialized Siegmund measuring table and the "POLYWORKS 2018" measurement program. Thanks to this solution, we achieve the best quality of the measurement service. In addition, the operation of our machine is controlled by the "SPC" system, that is statistical process control. This system allows us to avoid unexpected production stoppages caused by the wear of tools necessary in the production process.
