Laser cutting is the newest and most modern service of our plant. Thanks to the latest BySmart Fiber 3015 fiber laser, Fiber 4000 from Bystronic, we are competitive in terms of speed, precision and timeliness.
Our laser has a wide range of applications because it can cut both traditional metals, such as steel or aluminum, but also non-ferrous metals with the highest quality. We keep high quality thanks to flexible process solutions provided by the FIBER technology.
The CutControl Fiber unit continuingly monitors the [N2] and stainless steel melting process. In addition, this system automatically corrects key cutting parameters by detecting the amount of light emitted by the workpiece. If the inspection shows that the cut is weak, it adjusts the feed speed or stops the feed, restores the cutting position and repeats the cut. Thanks to this control, the work of our laser is extremely efficient and effective.
