Weld under constant control

Weld under constant control

Welding with a welding robot increases the efficiency and quality of production. Welding with a welding robot also contributes to the high-quality and repeatability of welded joints. The arm of the welding robot is programmed so that the weld seam follows the program set by the operator. Some welding robots have seam tracking systems supported by a wide variety of sensors and methods to inspect the weld groove.z metod umożliwiających kontrolę rowka spawalniczego.

Our welding robots TA-1900WG3 and TA-1900WG4 with the Panasonic TOWERS system are also equipped with modern G3 and G4 controllers, which signi cantly a ect the quality of the product by obtaining a repeatable welded joint of ± 0.1 mm (place and dimensions of the weld) and high quality welded joint, which includes, among others optimization of the position and movement of the welding gun, collision-free wire feeding, intermediate cleaning of the welding gun nozzle

Our robots can monitor the welding process and welding non-conformities. Thanks to this, we are able to quickly and e ciently eliminate welding deformations, remove the welding spatter and obtain a product ready for further processing without the need for additional technological procedures.

We would like to remind you that we have as many as four welding stations, including an 8-meter track, which are operated by professional Panasonic robots. In the case of an 8-meter track, we can weld the dimensions of a detail with a length of 3.0 m, a width of 1.5 m and a height of 1.0 m. 1.0 m and the weight of the workpiece up to 500 kg.

We invite you to take advantage of the highest welding services provided by Panasonic welding robots. We provide you with many years of experience in welding with robots and metal forming. We encourage contractors from Poland and abroad to cooperate closely with our factory in Błotnica 1, province, Lubuskie.

We recommend welding with welding robots.
