The paint shop is a wonderful place for powder coating services. It is a place specially designed to create new, safe and corrosion-resistant metal parts. It is a place equipped with the highest quality equipment, which works perfectly in our plant.
Our paint shop is equipped with the best quality paint furnace, which is used to melt and harden paint coatings at temperatures up to 220 degrees. And it consists of:
Moreover, the operation of such a painting furnace consists in providing the appropriate temperature to allow for the process of heating the painted elements.
At a later stage of our paint shop we distinguish a spray booth, which is used for powder painting of metal objects and consists of a filter unit, electric and pneumatic control system and a working chamber of the booth. Thanks to such a cabin we can paint both small and large elements. Painting large objects is an advantage of our device.
Our paint shop is also equipped with a powder applicator, which is used for electrostatic application of powder paints. Thanks to the work of such an applicator we have an influence on the thickness of paint application, optimizing its wear and at the same time high quality of the painted surface of the object. Also thanks to the powder applicator we have the possibility to paint hard-to-reach places of the object.
Our plant has a second powder applicator in the form of a NORDSON ENCORE HD powder gun, which uses the latest HDLV technology. Thanks to this technology we have an influence on the application of high density powder at low speed. The result is an optimal coating quality.
In our paint shop you will also find a chemical washer, which is used to phosphorize such materials as: aluminum, zinc, steel. This process increases the corrosion resistance and provides better adhesion before painting, gluing, vulcanization, etc.
